Among the consent items is Site Plan Amendment SPLA25-00008, which would extend the validity of the 1401 Wilson Boulevard Site Plan (SP #429) through June 2028. Accompanying this is an ordinance amendment allowing various structural encroachments—vaults, garages, and architectural overhangs—into public easements around Wilson Blvd, North Nash Street, and Key Boulevard, all tied to the same site.

In regular hearing items, the Board will take up SPLA25-00022 and SPLA25-00012, two amendments to extend the term of validity for the Rosslyn Gateway Phased Development Site Plan (SP #419) and its associated site plan, covering 1901 and 1911 Fort Myer Drive, also through June 2028. The board will also consider two separate ordinances to vacate portions of public easements and rights-of-way in the Rosslyn area—affecting streets such as North Moore, Fort Myer Drive, and 20th Street North—for both hotel/residential and office development components. These items mark significant steps in supporting long-term development continuity and infrastructure flexibility in Rosslyn’s urban core.
